ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases of furniture and lifestyle products ("Products") made from SOHOO Pte. Ltd. ("SOHOO", "we", "us", "our") by the customer ("you", "your"). By placing an order with SOHOO, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders and Acceptance

2.1 All orders placed are subject to our acceptance and availability of Products. 2.2 SOHOO reserves the right to reject any order at our sole discretion without providing reasons.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated. 3.2 Full payment must be made before the Products are delivered or collected.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.2 SOHOO shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from any delay in delivery.

5. Warranty

5.1 SOHOO offers a one-year limited warranty on all Products against manufacturing defects not caused by human misuse, neglect, improper care, accidents, or normal material characteristics.

5.2 The warranty specifically excludes:

Natural variations inherent in solid wood (such as grain patterns, color differences, minor expansion or contraction due to climate conditions)

Damage caused by impact, chemical exposure, misuse, modifications, or improper maintenance

Wear and tear from normal usage

5.3 To claim warranty service, proof of purchase (e.g., original receipt or invoice) must be provided.

5.4 SOHOO reserves the sole right to determine whether a defect falls under warranty coverage and to decide whether to repair, replace, or offer alternative remedies for the Product.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Due to the nature of our handcrafted and customized Products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6.2 In the event of defective Products covered by warranty, exchange or rectification will be arranged at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property rights associated with SOHOO remain the sole property of SOHOO and may not be used without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

SOHOO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use our Products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

10. Interpretation and Amendments

SOHOO reserves the exclusive right to interpret, modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website and will take immediate effect.
